STAMPIN’ UP! BRUSHED WITH BEAUTY FUN - CARDS 3 & 4

Continuing on with the next two cards I made using the beautiful new Designer Series Paper without buying a whole suite collection.  These cards were created using that same one piece of 12 x 12” DSP and a little scrap from a second piece and set out to do just that.  As I said before I ended up with 8 cards and I love them all.  I will be continuing to share them throughout this week.  Here are the second two I came up with…

 

Card Base: Basic Petal Pink cardstock cut to 4 ¼ x 11” and scored at 5 ½” 

Layers: Old Olive cardstock cut to 3 ¼ x 4 ½”, scraps used to die cut leaves (these are from Layers of Beauty which is on clearance so if you don’t have them use whatever you have on hand)

Card Base: Basic Petal Pink cardstock cut to 4 ¼ x 11” and scored at 5 ½” 

Layers: Old Olive cardstock cut to 3 ¼ x 4 ½”, scraps used to die cut leaves (these are from Layers of Beauty which is on clearance so if you don’t have them use whatever you have on hand)

DSP:  3 x 4 1/4”

Sentiment:  Basic White cardstock die cut using the Stylish Shapes Dies and stamped using Old Olive Ink.  The “Here for you always” is from the Friendly Foliage Stamp Set and the “thank you” is from the Textured Notes Stamp Set which is retired so just use whatever sentiment you have that you like. 

Inside:  Basic White 4 x 5 ¼ and scrap of extra DSP ½ x 4”
