STAMPIN’ UP! BRUSHED WITH BEAUTY FUN - CARDS 5 & 6

Continuing on with the next two cards I made using the beautiful new Designer Series Paper without buying a whole suite collection.  These cards were created using that same one piece of 12 x 12” DSP and a little scrap from a second piece and set out to do just that.  As I said before I ended up with 8 cards and I love them all.  I will be continuing to share them throughout this week.  Here are the third set of two cards I came up with…

CARDS 5 & 6

 

Card Base: Crumb Cake cardstock cut to 4 ¼ x 11” and scored at 5 1/2”. 

Layers: Old Olive cardstock cut to 2 x 5 ½” and Petal Pink cut to 3 ¼ x 4 1/2” for Card #5 and for Card #6 Petal Pink cardstock cut to 2 x 5 ½” and Old Olive cut to 3 ¼ x 4 ½”; scraps of Basic White and Old Olive for sentiments.

DSP:  1 ¾ x 5 ½” and side #2 of the DSP cut to 3 x 4 ¼”

Sentiment:  Friendly Foliage Stamp set, stamped on white scrap with Old Olive Ink and cut out and mounted on a scrap of Old Olive cardstock

Embellishments: Linen Thread Bows

Inside:  Basic White 4 x 5 ¼ and scrap of extra DSP ½ x 4”
