Fall Anyone?

Here is card #3 from this months class. 

I just love the new Pretty Peacock color and I found it great to work with for fall cards as well.  So here is how this one was created.

The card base was created from Pretty Peacock and cut  to 5 ½ x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”

Layer 1 – was created from Crumb Cake and was cut to 4 x 5 ¼” and embossed using the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder 

Layer 2 – was created from the gorgeous new Come to Gather DSP which was cut to 2 ½ x 5 ¼ ” and two strips of Pretty Peacock cut to ¾  x 5 ¼” and glue to each side of the DSP

Cross Layers:  the first was cut from Mint Macraron at 1/8 x 3” and the second was cut from Pretty Peacock In Color DSP and 2 was cut 1 x 3” 

The largest leaf was stamped onto Very Vanilla CS using second generation stamping in Soft Suede Ink and stamped from the Gather Together Stamp Set and die cut from the coordinating Gathered Leaves Dies and the sentiment is also from the same stamp set and was stamped using Pretty Peacock Ink 

The smaller leaves were die cut (2 each) from Pretty Peacock and Mint Macaroon CS using the Gathered Leaves Dies (NOTE:  spritz the cardstock with just a little water to get the two tone effect on the leaves)

The larger leaf is popped up using a few dimensionals and the bow was created using the ¼” Mint Macaron Textile Ribbon which was adhered with a mini glue dot (103683)

The inside of the card is a layer of very vanilla that is 4 x 5 ¼” with pumpkin’s from the set stamped in the bottom right corner using Pretty Peacock Ink
