SCALLOPED THANK YOU

Today’s card features the Scalloped Blooms Bundle and one of the pretty new In Colors, Golden Glow.  I love when I can create cards that are a little different than normal so when I saw these great scalloped circles I knew they would work great for that.  So here is what I came up with…

The card base is Golden Glow cardstock cut to 5 ½ x 6 ½” and scored at 4 ¼”.  I then die cut three of the Scalloped Circles from the dies in the bundle.  The 2^nd largest was used to cut out Golden Glow cardstock, the 3^rd largest was used to cut out the Bloom Boutique 12 x 12” Specialty Designer Series Paper (I love that these papers have the little hints of gold throughout), and the final one was 5^th largest and it was cut out of Basic White cardstock.  I adhered the two larger scalloped circles together and placed that in my Stampin’ Trimmer with the scoring blade I scored them at 3”.  I adhered the small tab created from the scoring to the back side of a piece of Basic White cardstock that measured 4 x 5 ¼”. 

I then adhered that to the inside of the card.  I cut a piece of the 2026 – 2028 In Color Painted Patterns 12 x 12” Designer Series Paper to 2 x 5 ¼” and adhered it to the left side of the card front.  I stamped the smallest scalloped circle I had cut from Basic White with my sentiment which was “Thank You” from the stamps in the bundle onto it with Golden Glow Ink.  I adhered this to my other scalloped circles.  I added a couple of embellishments from my retired stash and I was done.
