PEACE ON EARTH PRAYERS

Today’s card features the new Peaceful Earth Bundle, Peaceful Greenery 3D Embossing Folder and Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper.  I love the versitility of this bundle.  I have be using it to make everything from thinking of you, sympathy and Christmas cards.  I think it can be used in so many ways it is one of those must have sets.  So I did a little playing around with it today as I needed a card to send to someone who has been struggling with medical issues and this card was perfect.

Here is what I came up with…

The card base is Secret Sea cardstock cut to 5 ½ x 8 ½” and scored at 4 ¼”.  I then cut a layer of Cloud Cover cardstock to 4 x 5 ¼” and embossed using the new Peaceful Greenery 3D Embossing Folder (Note:  This folder also works with the largest label die in the bundle so you can die cut out the label while embossing, which is awesome).  I then cut the largest label in the set out of Secret Sea cardstock and the smaller one out of Basic White cardstock.  I stamped the sentiment “Heartfelt Prayers” in Secret Sea Ink onto the Basic White layer.  I adhered the two labels together and then added them to the center of my embossed layer.  Next, I die cut the two doves from the bundle out of the darkest of the Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper (it looks like Secret Sea to me).  I added those doves using Dimensionals.  For the final addition I added three of the Hues of Blues Flower Embellishments.
